

He was born January 22, 1942, in Toledo, Ohio, to parents William Allen and Betty (Bahler) Turner. William was a producer director for WJW TV8 in Cleveland during the 1970’s. After his retirement, Biff went into sales. He was a 42 year member of A.A. and also a member of the Masons. Biff enjoyed golfing, fishing, and traveling. But most of all, he cherished the time spent with his family and friends.
Biff is survived by his beloved wife Betty Woodlee-Turner, children: William Allen (Kimberly) Turner of Medina and Amy (John) Fisher of Kettering, and step-son: Jay (Tonya) Woodlee of Rootstown. He is also survived by grandchildren: Sam Jay Fisher, Jay Mason Woodlee, and Joie Woodlee, his sisters: Sandy (William) Haase of Sylvania and Candee (Kevin) Tucker of Indian River, MI, nephews: Matt Vida, Billy Haase, and Kevin W. Tucker, niece: Emily Tucker, as well as cousins: Sue Susor and Rob Susor.
Friends will be received Thursday, September 25, 2014, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, with the funeral service immediately following at 1:00 PM, officiated by Pastor David Ballert.
