She was born Feb. 16, 1939, in Williamsport, the daughter of the late Calvin M. and Dorothy R. (Moser) Miller.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Peter's UCC in Sinking Spring.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Moyer.
She is survived by her children: Stephanie J. Romber-ger and her husband, Robert, Jeffrey L. Wennell and his wife, April, and Kyle S. Wennell.
Janet also is survived by three grandchildren, and a brother, Allan S. Miller and his wife, Kimberly.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Chapel at Laureldale Cemetery. Friends and family will be received at the chapel from 10 to 11 a.m.
