He was born in Orlando, FL, a son of Gustavo and Heidi (Narvaez) Velazquez.
In addition to his parents, Jesus is survived by his siblings: Antonio Narvaez, Gustavo Velazquez, Angelica Llanos, Teresa Velazquez, Nefertiri Velazquez, and Isabella Velazquez. His grandparents, William and Margie Narvaez, also survive him.
