Lois I. Sweitzer

Lois I. Sweitzer, 76, of Wernersville, passed away April 16, 2013, in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth B. Sweitzer, whom she would have celebrated 58 years of marriage with on April 30.

Lois was born in Harrisburg on November 28, 1936, a daughter of the late Luther and Luella (Mattson) Seidel.

She was employed by Ronco's Pharmacy in West Lawn as a sales clerk for 32 years, retiring on December 20, 2011.

In addition to her husband, Lois is also survived by her five sons, Jeffrey B. Sweitzer of Wernersville; Kenneth B. Jr. and his wife, Audrey Sweitzer of Wyomissing; Timothy S. and his wife, Deanna Sweitzer of Mohnton; Jack R. and his wife, Kathy Sweitzer of Sinking Spring; and Kevin D. and his wife, Dawn Sweitzer of West Lawn; her daughter, Karen M. Keath of Lebanon; her daughter-in-law, Cathy Sweitzer of West Lawn; one brother, Preston, and his wife, Ella Seidel of DE; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Lois was predeceased by her son, James L. Sweitzer, on May 26 2003.

Services will be Friday, April 19, 2013 at 10 a.m. in Auman's Funeral Home Inc. 390 W Neversink Rd, Reiffton. Burial to follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. A viewing will be Friday 9-10 a.m. in the funeral home.
