

She was born Sept. 9, 1920, in Reading, the daughter of the late John W. Eidam and Florence I. (Seidel) Ei-dam.
Margaret was a member of Alsace Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Didyoung in 2006.
Margaret is survived by her two children, Douglas F. Didyoung Sr. and his wife, Helen L., of Sinking Spring, and Donna M. Marks and her husband, Kenneth, of Bern Twp.
She is also survived by her four grandchildren: Douglas F. Didyoung Jr. of Philadelphia, Kari B. Schilling, wife of Lt. Col. David G. Schilling, U.S. Army, of Ft. Lewis Washington, Erin L. Ascen-cio and her husband, Art, of Round Rock, TX, and Michael G. Parker and his life partner, Troy Kaczoroski, of Cleveland, OH.
Margaret has three great-grandchildren: Calvin G. Schilling, Alton J. Schilling and Alexandro C. Ancencio. She is also survived by her sisters: Edna L. Levan and her husband, Joseph, Mary Jane Orth, widow of Elwood, and Betty Rohrbach, widow of Howard.
Margaret was preceded in death by her brother, John M. Eidam, and sisters, Ruth E. Skuczas and Florence J. Brown.
Friends and family will be received at the Alsace Lutheran Church, 2201 Kutztown Rd., Reading, PA 19605, on Friday from 10-11 a.m. Funeral service will follow at the church at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Forest Hills Memorial Park.
