She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Fitzsimmons Sr.
Marie was born in Williamsport on March 8, 1934, a daughter of the late Martin and Margaret (McDermott) Miles.
She is also survived by her 2 daughters, Sharon D. Fitzsimmons of Birdsboro and Linda M. Dinger of Bernville; 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Marie was predeceased by her 2 sons, Robert J. Fitzsimmons Jr. and Gary S. Fitzsimmons; and her sister, Patricia Andy.
Services are private. Auman's Inc. Funeral Home, Reiffton, is entrusted with her service.
