Scott was born in Reading on July 11, 1956, a son of the late Stanley and Diane (Hitchens) Stout. He was employed by the Reading Eagle in the mailroom for over 20 years retiring there. Scott was an avid gamer and enjoyed going fishing and camping. He also loved to collect model cars, especially his favorite, Chevy.
Scott is also survived by his 3 children; Alex C. Stout, Ann-Marie Stout and Alysha, his his 6 siblings; Troy Stout, Robin Williams, Crystal Stout Colon, Penny Frizzel, Sherry Keller Morris and Stanley Keller and professional Pop-Pop to Aeres Stout and Oliver Jean-Pierre.
