Shandel Marie Allende

Shandel leaves behind the loves of her life – her father Dennis Allende and her mother, Maridel Gonzalez whom she lovingly called “my delicate flower”.

As a result of her generous and carefree spirit and pleasant personality, she was loved by many. Her fun, loving and beautiful smile will forever be cherished in the lives of her maternal grandparents, Pedro and Aida Gonzalez of Cagua, Puerto Rico; paternal grandmother, Ana Maria Allende of Reading, PA; brothers Jose Mercado of Reading, PA, and Randy Allende of Detroit, Michigan; sister, Kristine Allende of Scranton, PA; aunts, Hedelin Gonzalez of Wilmington, Delaware, Haridel Gonzalez of New Castle, Delaware, Marimagda (Allende) Roman of Weeki Wachee, Florida, and Maricel (Allende) Johnson of Reading, PA; uncles, Eric Gonzalez of Wilmington, Delaware, Junior Gonzalez of Wilmington, Delaware, and Johnny Allende of Reading, PA; a host of devoted cousins, extended family and many friends.

Our hearts have been made to rejoice during the unexpected passing of our beautiful Shandel by the many acts of kindness extended to our family.
