Tassina Theresa Elder, longtime resident of Redding, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015. Born in Weaverville, California in 1938 she moved to Redding at the age of 5 or 6, where she resided for nearly 70 years. She was a Shasta School District bus driver for nearly 40 years. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Lawncrest Chapel on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry, daughter Susan Drake and numerous other family members.
