He started his journey with $17.00 dollars in his pocket, Thomas hitchhiked from New Jersey to here. He proceeded to say, in every town God would bless him with a friend, a "God Sent' he called them. Little did he know that his journey didn't end there. That was the beginning. "God Sents" were blessed in his life left and right and every one was so dear to his heart. A fun and social, lovable man, he brought joy every where he went. Tom loved dancing and was a craftsman, a man of all skills. He has eternity now to do what he loved.
Tom was a devoted and dedicated Husband, Father, Brother, and friend. A mentor to those who knew him. A widower of his wife Sharon of 26 years, now together joined in heaven, where he knew they would one day meet.
Tom left with a full and genuine happiness in his heart.
He is outlived by too many family members to list, for his friends were family to Tom as well. He has left a lasting impression in every heart he touched, and his spirit will continue to live on. A brave man, a selfless man, a thoughtful man. Gentle, thoughtful Thomas you will be so very missed.
Born December 23, 1942, until the day you took your last breath on January 12, 2011, know your journey was one that will never be forgotten.
Rest now. For you are the kindest soul I ever met. You are now in endless peace.
