Timothy Dean Price

Timothy was born on December 26, 1939 to parents Willice and Florance Price. Timothy was one of four brothers: Victor, Elonzo and Nelson.

He received his graduation diploma from Mark Keppel High School in Alhambra, California in 1957. After completion of high school, Timothy enlisted in the United States Navy and after completing basic training, he was trained to be a Navy Corpsman. Upon completion of his tour of duty, Timothy left the Navy with a rank of E-3.

Timothy met, and later married Sally Ann Smith on August 19, 1961. Together they had 3 children, 2 daughters and 1 son. He worked for Jarvis Electric until 1972, at which time he relocated his family to Redding, California. He was employed at industrial Electric Co. from which he retired after 30 years of service.

Timothy's hobbies included, camping, hunting, fishing and wood working. His family and friends will always remember him as a good husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed by the many friends had made during his lifetime.

Timothy volunteered his time as a Shasta County Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue Officer. His time, exceeding 30 years, was spent in the Jeep Patrol.

Timothy is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sally. His children, Kimbery Wion (Donald), Shanna Eshom and Timothy Jr. His 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.

A celebration of Timothy's life will be held on July 10, 2025 at Redding Christian Fellowship located at 2157 Victor Ave. Redding, California, beginning at 2pm.
