Went by Bills and saw he no longer lived there and checked internet. Went by when his phone was discovered inoperable.
Sorry to hear he is gone. I knew Bill from my Mom And stepdad Jack Repko who was pals with Bill. Bill knew my uncle Max also.
We used to visit Him and Alice and they us in Willows. A house we bought sight unseen on Bills reccommendation. Bill loved gazing at the hills to the east and always had his dogs around him. Kept up spirits after losing his love Alice. He never failed to bust my chops 
with his sharp wit and cutting observations. He was a tough customer and a good barometer on what is what.
RIP buddy I will always remember you
