We've been neighbors for over 30 years now and I couldn't ask for a better friend and neighbor .  You and your family have always been a source of strength to me.  Whenever  I needed help, you were always there to lend a helping hand.
 I will truly miss our "over the fence" conversations  we had. I  truly feel  blessed to have had you in my life. 
 You and your family will always be in my thoughts and prayers. 
You will be missed immensely.
