Theresa was preceded in death by her father George MacDonald and nephew Benjamin Chalupka.
Theresa is survived by her husband Richard Werth, sons Michael Werth and Patrick Werth, step-daughter Jade Ellenbrook.
A visitation for Theresa will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Homes, 25450 Plymouth Rd., Redford, Michigan 48239, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM.
