Christine Ann Barcenilla, born September 12, 1966 to Chuck and Carole Hanchett, passed away on January 20, 2026, at home surrounded by love and family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend whose warmth and kind spirit touched everyone who knew her.

She shared a life of love and deep commitment with her husband, Kurt Barcenilla, and was the proud mother of Kelsey and Kyle, and cherished grandmother of Rory and Penny.

She was the beloved daughter of Chuck Hanchett and his wife Angie, and loving sister to Charlie, Eileen, Katherine, Lisa, and Theresa. She leaves behind many extended family members and close friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Christine was known for her caring and playful spirit, her love for food, animals, music, and travel. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, and strength, and she deeply cared for everyone in her life.

Her legacy lives on through her family and all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
