A graveside service for Richard will be held Friday, March 1, 2024,10:00 am at Parlier Cemetery, 7932 S. Mendocino Ave, Parlier, CA. The graveside service will be followed by a remembrance of life luncheon at Full Gospel Tabernacle, 519 E. 11th St. Reedley, CA 93654.
