Albert Jackson

Albert passed away peacefully at home with his loving family at his side on Thursday, October 5, 2017. He was born in McTaggart, Saskatchewan on February 28, 1928. Albert farmed on the family farm until his met his soulmate, Olive Sayer. Once he met the love of his life, he never returned to the farm. Albert and Olive were blessed with eight children: Wayne (Cindy), Sandra, Steve (Nadine), Laird (deceased), Gary, Brian (Linda), Terry (Shelly), and Albert Jr. (Christine). He will also be dearly missed by Karren and Kayla, who he raised as his own children; stepchildren Edna (Roy), Clarence (Bernadette), Irene (Dino) and Darlene; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; as well as Hazel Howell, his last living sister. Prayers will be held at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Cathedral, 3125 13th Avenue, Regina on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Danilo Rafael presiding. Albert will be laid to rest alongside his soulmate Olive, in Riverside Memorial Park immediately following Mass.
