Audrey Reles passed away peacefully at the age of 91 years at the Regina Wascana Grace Hospice on Tuesday March 13, 2018. Audrey was predeceased by her husband Joe Reles (1964); dad Joe Kent (1938); step-dad Herry Kent (1950); father-in-law Nick Reles; mother-in-law Katherine Baker (1990); step-father Leo Baker (1994); her mom Dorothy Kent (1999); brother-in-law George Dempster (1999); sister Doris (1998); sister-in-law Esther Taylor (1977); brother Hubert Kent; sister Kath Robinson; brother Wilf and Kent (2014); brother-in-law Ron Reles (1990); brother-in-law John Robinson; nephews Murray Taylor (1975), Fred Shannon, and Larry Dempster (2012); great-nephew Kordell Reles; special friend Marie Burkhart, and other friends and relatives. Audrey is survived by her sister and best buddy Muriel Cameron; her daughter Brandi Joanne Leslie Reles; grandsons Joe and Brandon Meays (Kimberly); great grandchildren Tanner Fiddler Meays, Zoe Burkhart, and Zachary Meays; chosen daughter Geraldine Bonner; chosen granddaughter Lisa (Patrick) Lewis; chosen great grandchildren Christian and Justin Lewis, Teneesha Ackerman, Logan Horvath and baby Lennon Ruep; sister-in-law Freda Kent; nieces Lynn, Leslie (Duane), Michelle (Pete), Ann, Sherry, Kathy, Janice, Linda and their families; nephews John (Brenda), Brian (Colleen), Nick, Ron Junior, and their families. Audrey is also survived by the families of her siblings Doris, Wilf and Hubert who live in England. Audrey touched many lives and is also survived by her cherished friends and neighbors, some of these special people include Ella Mae Jacques, Faye and Don, Bernie Delorme, Michael, Candace Olson, Carol and Amanda Burkhart, Jill and Brent Ruep, Candace Bird and Mari Lanz, Ian Meays, her new friends Joan and Kim and all other special people known only to Audrey herself. We, Audrey’s loved ones, wish to thank all EMT, first responders, emergency staff at the Regina General and Pasqua Hospitals, Unit 5A at the General and 4A, 4B at the Pasqua and everyone from Palliative Home Care Services. Finally, we are so grateful for her new caring family at Regina Wascana Grace Hospice. Your outpouring of kindness, caring, and love meant so much to Audrey and her loved ones. Thank you for making the final part of her Mother Earth journey a time of precious memories, free from worries and secure in the knowledge that our loved one spent her final weeks here in the most capable hands.
