1968 – 2026
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barron on June 7, 2026, at the age of 57 years.
Barron was born December 9, 1968, to Jim and Lillian Bishop, younger brother to sisters, Bev and Brenda. He attended Kitchener Elementary School, later going to Scott Collegiate. He had a passion for boxing, where he attended the Regina Boxing Club.
Barron was working side by side with his dad, roofing for many years along with his lifelong friends, Barney and Tuck, and his cousin, Ron. Barron enjoyed helping family and friends however he could, from vehicle repairs to house repairs. He enjoyed his time spent with family and friends, attending BBQ’s, bowling nights, or sitting around a fire, sipping beer and reminiscing.
Barron is survived by his son, Spencer; stepsons, Lance, Ryan; granddaughters, Emma and Natalie; his sisters, Bev, Brenda; nieces, Trina, Blossom; nephews, Joe, Mike, James and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
