Brendan, loving son, brother & uncle, passed away suddenly at 26 years of age. He is survived by his parents Kyara Moone, (Harlynne Tank), Craig Phillips; siblings Troy Phillips (Starla Erickson) and their children, Ema and Katie, Alyssa Leblond and her daughter Emily Johnson, Kenneth Racette; the love of his life Kelly Brass, great-grandpa Francis Frank, grandfather Kenneth (Yvette) Frank, grandmother Judy Frank, Nana & Papa Sheila and Dennis Phillips and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 E Victoria Avenue.
