The family of Chantel Duke is devastated to announce her passing on December 6, 2021 at the age of 27 years. Left to mourn is her daughter Bella, her parents; Delphy and Ray. Sisters; Marissa and Jocelyn and nieces; Jennifer and Miracle, nephews; Jared and Rambo. Numerous aunts and uncles and cousins. Chantel is predeceased by her son Haeden and paternal and maternal grandparents. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Lee Funeral Home 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK.
