Desiree Dawn Stone was born on April 10th, 1992. She came into this world fighting for her life and left the same way. In the middle she found love and stability amongst the Manchur family at the young age of two, where she flourished into a young ambitious adult. As she came into adulthood she was diagnosed with Lupus. A disease that she fought bravely and with a smile on her face. She was known for her contagious laughter, bright smile, her love for FOOD and clothes; as well as many talents, including doing makeup and hair and making friends. She had a deep regard for her family and friends and always ensured they knew it. She enjoyed dancing and music and loved telling stories. She spoke often of her Mom and her vegetable garden and her families support meant everything especially when she was in hospital. Desiree is well known for being courageous, strong, trusting and giving, and always tried to overcome obstacles. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews and they loved her. Her strength throughout her illness was inspirational. Even when she was suffering Desiree was always worried about others and that’s what made her a great friend. Desiree will forever be a fighter. She will be remembered and missed by her daughter Kaylee Dawn, mother Judy (Ella), sisters Tekena (Corey), Tanya (Chad), Toni-Joe (Jamie), Trisha (Trevor), and her boyfriend Daniel, as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Desiree will be in heaven with those she loved – her dad Howard, favorite Aunt Sally, Aunt Phyllis and her favorite sister Teanda.
