Eileen E. Meyers

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom Eileen Eleanor Meyers, born July 2, 1935 in Regina, Saskatchewan who passed away October 18, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s at the age of 83. Predeceased by her true loves Frank (Meyers), Joe (James Close) and Lloyd (Weinberger); her parents Roy and Birtha Marie Dixon; brothers Harold, Leonard, Ralph, Melvin; and sister Donna (Clarkson); and special nephew Elliott Clarkson. Survived by her daughters Deborah (Debbie), Leslie (Archie), Annamarie; and son Kelvin; grandchildren, her angels; Daris (Lisa), Amber (Ted), Paul, James (Adriana), Justin (Ashley); great grandchildren Brandon, Maxwell, Nicole, Levi, Zack, Blake, Alli, Weston and Jenna; great-great grandchildren Trinity and Sophia; step-grandchildren Doralee (Mike), Bruce (Jenn); step-great-grandchildren Tyler, Ayssa, Ethen, Aiden; and all her furry grandchildren. Her special friends Julie (Jan) Monok; Barbara Wickstrom and boys. A special thanks to 3E and 3W at Regina Pioneer Village who took such special care of mom and all their kindness to her and all the residents. At the request of mom, a Private Graveside Service will be held for family and friends at Riverside Memorial Park, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Flowers are most gratefully declined.
