Evelyn Frost, 96, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026. Evelyn was born May 17, 1929 on the family homestead near Stornoway, Saskatchewan. She moved to Regina in her mid-teens and pursued a career with Burns Meats, where she later moved to Calgary, Alberta continuing her work with Burns. She remained in Calgary most of her life. In her later years she moved back to Regina to be closer to her sisters, Lee and Martha and their families. She enjoyed playing cards and having a game of poker with her family. She also enjoyed going fishing and watching the Blue Jays, golf and various gameshows on television. Evelyn was predeceased by her parents, Annie and George Oystrick, siblings John and Olga, Bill and Joyce, Fred and Marie, Mary and Vic. Evelyn is survived by her sisters, Lee and Martha and her nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Reception will be held at Lee Funeral Home, in the Lee Funeral Home Family Centre, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4T 0Y5, on May 23, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
