It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Hawkes on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the age of 68 years. He was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Mary (Schuck) and his sister Gladys. He leaves to mourn his wife Joanne, children; Larry (Crystal), Bryan, Garth (Michelle), Michelle (Nick) and Kim; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. John is also survived by his siblings; Garth (Barb), Loretta (John), Ralph (Sandy) and Cheryl; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Come-and-Go Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK. The Celebration of John’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Faith Lutheran Church, Coronach, SK. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Please wear your favorite sports jersey in honor of John.
