George Joseph Daley

Born February 23, 1951 at St. Joseph, Newfoundland, passed away peacefully with family and friends by his side on October 29, 2015. George is predeceased by his father Daniel, mother Hannah Daley and his brothers Dennis and Mike Daley. George is survived by his son Robbie Edwards of Ontario, daughter Elissa (Leo Gajewski) of Regina, son Wayne (Tamara) Daley of Duncan BC, grandchildren Brandon (Chantay) Gajewski, Brodi Gajewski, Danial and Dawson Manchur and the mother of his children Carol Daley (Brian Parsons). He is also survived by brothers Harold Daley of Regina, and Leo (Lisa) Daley of Dysart, sisters Helen (Leo) Bowen of NFLD, Violet (Bernard) Nolan of NFLD, and Elizabeth (Michael) Nolan, of NLFD; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his two dogs Chico & Fifi. George worked on the fishing boats in Newfoundland and worked on the pipeline, the oil industry with being a member of the Labours Union. George loved the outdoors, camping, fishing and touring the country side from the East Coast to the West Coast. George always left a memory or 2 wherever he went, meeting many friends along his journeys. George loved everyone who came to visit to share many stories and laughs.
