Grant (Donald) Pierce, at 50 years of age, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at his home in Regina, Saskatchewan. He was born Thursday, July 9, 1970 in Regina, Saskatchewan. He is predeceased by his father Donald Pierce, mother Louise (Rosebluff) Pierce, and brothers James Pierce and Donny Rosebluff.
Anyone you ask who has met Grant has a memorable story associated with how and why they know him. Some tragic, most hilarious (especially in hindsight), and countless in a circumstance where Grant gave a warm place to sleep, financial assistance, or advice. He was giving, when he had; he was especially benevolent in the area of knowledge – he loved to teach in and outside of his classroom.
He will be remembered and survived by his daughter Jaylyn Pierce; grandchildren Carson, Cameo, and Cooper; partner Glenda Bellegarde and sisters Donna Beadle and Sharon Pierce as well as his many nieces and nephews. His memory will also live on through extended family, colleagues, students, and friends.
