Ida Kellen, late of Estevan, passed away peacefully at the Estevan Regional Nursing Home, on December 29, 2014, at the age of 92. Ida is survived by and will be greatly missed by her children Lillian, Bob, Ron (Joy), Doreen (Harvey) LeBlanc, Rick (Carol) and Randy (Debbie), 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by her sisters Elizabeth Kolibar, Helen (Joe) Tuttosi and Emma (John) Cismas, and numerous nieces and nephews. Ida was predeceased by her parents Joe and Ester Lazar (Borbely), her loving husband Robert, her daughter-in-law Matilda, her brother Alec and three brothers in infancy. She was also predeceased by brothers-in-law John Kolibar (Liz), Dave Kellen (Vera), Ed Kellen (Myrtle), and sisters-in-law Leona Kluth (Alton), Agnes Richards (Clark) and Emma Markel (Gus). A Funeral Service will take place at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home (2080 Victoria Avenue East, Regina, SK) on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ida’s memory can be made to the New Estevan Nursing Home (1201 2nd Street, Estevan, SK, S4A 0M1).
