It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jeremy Johnson. Jeremy was predeceased by his father Jeremy Delorme, his best friend Lindsey, grandparents and aunts and uncles. Jeremy is survived by his mother Wendy and special dad Wayne, sons Jeremy and Teegan, very special friend Lisa; Sisters Karen and Heidi; Brothers Trevor (Trisha), Dallas, Stephen; Nephews Joshua, Ryan, Austin; Nieces Tricia and Amy-Ray, Also survived by his Grandma Rena Delorme; and numerous aunts and uncles. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 27, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue.
