Kelly is predeceased by his dad, Elmer Pelletier; grandparents Victoria and Mike Pelletier, Edna and Reg Keewatin; brothers Cory and Vince.
He is survived by his daughter Nicole (Brad), grandson Aiden; mother Deanna; sisters Colleen (Dean), Carolyn; nieces and nephews, Miranda (Jesse), Kerry, Kayla, Jesse, Jade (Corin), Keenen (Brandee), Lance (Emma); stepmom Marie-Anne Daywalker-Pelletier, stepsister Ilona and stepbrother Rob as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends of Kelly may come and pay their respects on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Lee's Funeral Home in Regina, 3101 Dewdney Avenue from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
He will then be laid to rest at the Star Blanket cemetery on Star Blanket Cree Nation.
