He was predeceased by his parents Mike W. and Ann Kastrukoff.
Robert is survived and remembered by his three brothers; sister-in-law Debbie; one nephew; one great nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family would like to thank Phoenix Residential Society and Regina Police Service for their care of Robert.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. downstairs at the Knox-Metropolitan United Church, 2340 Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK. A private family graveside will be held at a later date.
