Robert Kelly

July 17, 1953 – September 6, 2025

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Bob on September 6, 2025, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 72.

Bob is survived by his loving wife Cindy; daughter Brianne, son Brandon; and special grandchildren Tyson and Sabiha. Family was everything to him.

Bob is also survived by loving sister Linda (Ian) of Ottawa; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Irvin and Ivy; and numerous relatives and friends – near and far. A special thanks to Dave and Shelley, and Randy and Heather from Winnipeg for your visits over the last few months.

Predeceased by parents Eric and Minnie of Brighton Ontario; and mother-in-law Ilean of Regina.

Bob held several jobs over the years but was extremely proud of his accomplishments at CP Rail, and retiring after 31 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, teaching himself and others how to autobody work on cars. He was very handy in the kitchen either cooking a meal or baking cakes.

A special thank you to the team at the Allan Blair cancer clinic for their care and support through this difficult time and palliative nurse Kelley for her compassion over the last few months.

At Bob’s request there will be no funeral service. A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
