Romeo passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016. He was predeceased by his mother, Valeriana Salgado. Romeo will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Hazel; son Urie; grandchildren Keandre, Magot and Marcus; sister Virginia; niece Maria; great-niece Joann, and great-nephew Nick. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Dinna. Romeo loved being a grandfather and was very close to his grandchildren, as well as his great-niece and nephew. He enjoyed spending time with them and would jump at the chance to babysit them. His other favorite pastimes were playing pool and cooking. Romeo was also very close to his mom, he cared for her until her passing. A Visitation for Family and Friends will be held at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Child Roman Catholic Church, 2636 7th Avenue East, Regina on Tuesday, January 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev.
