Shanda "Panda” Perkins was born on January 1, 1992 in Edmonton, Alberta at the Royal Alexander Hospital and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. She attended Herchmer before graduating from Scott Collegiate and she loved cats. Shanda is survived by her parents Cory and Tina Perkins; brothers Michael (Rebecca), Corbin and Kyle; grandmothers Lorraine Perkins and Phyllis McKay. She is predeceased by grandfathers Albert Potter Perkins and Dennis Morrison.
In addition to her immediate family, Shanda will be lovingly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family throughout Canada. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services will be private for immediate family. She will be laid to rest at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery in Regina, SK. on December 24, 2020.
