Tom was born in Broadacres SK. Several moves were made in SK before settling in Englefeld where Tom farmed with his dad. Here is where he met Angeline whom he married on November 11, 1952. Their four children were born during their farming years. In 1964 the family moved to Holdfast where Tom and his father opened a hardware store which they operated until 1978. Tom and Angeline’s final move brought them to Regina where Tom worked at Fort Ignition until his retirement in 1988.
Tom was the center of his family, and his family meant everything to him. He was a man of many talents, wise and generous to one and all. His sense of humor, love and whisker rubs will be forever etched in his family’s hearts (and don’t forget the dill pickles!!). His greatest pride was his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren. Tom touched many lives through the years and his guiding hand will remain with his family forever.
Mass cards will be available. Memorial donations may be made to your choice of Holdfast Cemetery or Building Repairs of the Assumption R.C. Church.
