Wynona was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, David and Pearl Obey; her paternal grandparents, William Starchief and Maryjane Spyglass; as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins too numerous to mention.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother Denise Obey (Wilfred); father, John Spyglass; siblings, Kaitlynn, Brandon (Kayla), Joshua (Tanis), Sieanna (Glenn Jr.); and her adopted siblings, Lee (Annie), Lance Sparvier, Brittany (Josh), Victoria (Drey); along with her many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Wynona passed away peacefully with her mother, father and relatives by her side. Nona courageously fought her cancer until the very end. She taught us the meaning to be strong and humble.
A Wake Service will be held at Pasqua First Nation Band Hall, Saskatchewan, SK, on July 9, 2026, at 4:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at Pasqua First Nation Band Hall, Saskatchewan, SK, on July 10, 2026, at 11:00 am.
Interment will take place at Asham Beach Cemetery, Pasqua First Nation, SK, on July 10, 2026.
