Kaleb, the only son of parents Dixie and Troy Niemi was born in Spokane, Washington on July 6, 2006. Kaleb was very athletic and full of energy as a young child, learning to ride a bike without training wheels at the age of 3. He raced BMX bikes and played baseball and basketball. In 2016 the family moved to Oahu where Kaleb fell in love with the islands, learning to surf and spearfish while living there. After a few years of living in Oahu, the adventure continued, taking the family to Pittsford, New York in 2019. No longer near the ocean, Kaleb found a new interest and learned how to snowboard. Our time in New York was short lived though and we moved back to Newcastle, Washington in 2021.
Kaleb finished high school in Washington State, attending Liberty High School. After graduation he started working part time at Lexus of Bellevue and Abercrombie and Fitch while attending school at Renton Technical College to earn a certificate in welding.
As a young adult, Kaleb loved driving his Subaru WRX, riding motorcycles, fishing, snowboarding and hanging out with friends. Throughout his life, Kaleb left an imprint on many people’s lives. He drew you in with his handsome looks and his charming smile. He was the happiest, most caring, fun loving person to be around and would help anyone in need. Kaleb lived life to its fullest and never missed an opportunity to have fun.
Kaleb will forever be in our hearts and will always be cherished by his parents, Dixie and Troy, grandmothers Akiko Inouye and Denise Niemi, sisters Kira and Logan Niemi, as well as his aunts, uncle, cousins and numerous friends from across the US.
