She was born in Wendell, Idaho on August 7th, 1925 and moved, with her family, to Maple Valley at the age of 11.
She is survived by her husband Francis Niemela to whom she was married to for 70 years. She is also survived by 3 children, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and one brother living in Juneau Alaska.
Lois was a tremendous person with a heart of gold. She spent her career driving school bus for the hearing impaired and children of special needs. This does not begin to convey how caring and loving she was. Arrangements entrusted to r the direction of Greenwood Funeral Home, Renton, WA.
