We lost our angel, Michelle Lee Shutler Taylor, 31, on Monday, March 24th after a lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis. Michelle was a strong and beautiful woman who refused to believe she couldn’t accomplish anything she set her mind to. She was most proud of being a registered nurse and helping children. Michelle is survived by her husband, Sean, and her parents, Joe & Becky Shutler.
Michelle’s family is very grateful for the wonderful care she received over the years from Dr. Howard Miller of Renton and all the doctors and staff of Seattle Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington Medical Center.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 27th from 6:00-8:00pm at Greenwood Memorial Park ad Funeral Home in Renton. Funeral mass will be performed at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Renton on Friday, March 28th at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, Michelle’s family asks that donations be made in her name to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
