A funeral service for Phuoc will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Greenwood Funeral Home, 350 Monroe Ave NE, Renton, Washington, followed by a visitation from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
