I will miss you forever my dear friend.  Thank you for some of the best memories I have of West Seattle.  You were one of the few friends that remained in contact when I moved to California.  I couldnt wait to attend comic-con Seattle with you this March and it breaks my heart you wont be there with me, but I know you will be there in spirit!  I know your singing and dancing is bringing smiles to everyone in heaven.  Thank you for always being kind and loving.  Thank you for advice on life and always staying positive.  Im going to miss our Happy Friday  texts and you calling me silly girl.  Till we meet again Sly.  To his Wife and family my prayers and love to you.  

I speak for myself and many others here at work when I say we are sad at your short retirement, but very glad we were able to share so much time with you. It has been an honor to know you friend. Be well with Jesus.

I extend my condolences and prayers to the family and friends of Sly Patterson.  Sly is an example of how we're supposed to treat our fellow man.  His kindness was infectious every time I came in contact with him.  I cherish the memories.  Rest in Peace Sylvester Patterson!

Through the course of our working life; we are privileged to meet; work with, and form bonds of friendship with some truly amazing peopleSly was one of them.  I had the opportunity to not only work with Sly, but also do a few Karaoke events with him as well.  There was a genuine kindness that came out in every conversation, as well as his love of his wife and family.  His departure from work came to early; as did the news of his passing.  I am grateful for the times spent talking and glad to have been able to call Sly my friend.  May his sole rest in peacewe will all miss him.

Tio sly, i will never forget the good times we had at our bday and family gathering you were definitely the life of the party when it came to dancing and karaoke time. Deeply missed but never forgotten.
