Sammy Ramker

Sammy Ramker Sr., age 65 of the town of Pelican, died Sunday, June 26, 2011 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 5, 1946 in Marshfield, the son of Max and Bonnie (Voelker) Ramker. He attended schools in Colby. On March 4, 1996 he married Teresa Wozniczka in Rhinelander. He was in the bar business for 23 years. He enjoyed hunting, camping, boating, and going to the Hodag Country Fest. His grandkids were everything to him along with spending time with family and friends.

Sammy is survived by his wife, Teresa, his children Lynn (Doug Tresness) Wojnowski, Maria (David ) Penn, Sammy Jr. (Kelly) Ramker, Cindi Sue Ramker, Cheri Ramker, Brenda (Mike) Luce, Steven (Paula) Quade, Bobbi Jo (Jesse Everson) Fischer, Andy Quade, his siblings; Sandy Asplund, Mary (Dan) Lewis, Mike (Linda) Ramker, Debbie (Mel) Kurszewski, Dan (Carrie) Ramker, Dawn (Craig) Lieders, Johnny (Jenny) Ramker, his father Max, 16 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and his dog Tiny. He was preceded in death by his mother.
