

Carole Lee Bradshaw passed away peacefully in Richardson, Texas, on January 30, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 22, 1939, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Hazel (Sexton) and Ed Robinson and lived in Independence and Lee’s Summit, Missouri most of her life.
She graduated from Van Horn High School and married her high school sweetheart, Richard Lamon Moore, soon after. Their early life together was in Charleston, South Carolina, where he was stationed with the Air Force. It was there where the first of three sons, Lamon John, was born. Gregory Scott and Brian Paul were born in Kansas City where the family lived after his discharge.
Carole worked with various companies in the Kansas City area, including Western Union, Bendix, and Armco Steel, while raising her sons. She took the Basic Management Class at Armco and finished at the top of her class. She progressed through many positions at Armco and reached the positions of Administrative Supervisor and Secretary to the President of the Division.
While at Armco, Carole met and married Charlie Bradshaw, the love of her life. She loved Charlie’s children, Chuck and Jennifer, and treated them and the grandchildren and great-grandchildren that followed as her own.
Carole and Charlie were fortunate to travel extensively after retirement as well as serving in various volunteer positions in their church and community. Carole served as Director of the Board of Hope House in Lee’s Summit and later taught adult reading classes. She sang in the Chancel Choir at Christ United Methodist Church in Independence and served on numerous leadership committees over the years. Carole and Charlie recently celebrated 37 years of wonderful marriage together. Carole was devoted to her family and friends and shared her love for all of them.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Richard, her son Greg, and her son-in-law, Tony Masuccio. She leaves behind her sons John Moore, Brian Moore (Jennifer), son, Chuck Bradshaw (Loretta), daughter, Jennifer Masuccio, grandchildren Michael Rollins (Hailey), Allie Gonzales (Aaron), Annie Bradshaw, and Clay Bradshaw, and great-grandchildren Shawn and Aiden Rollins and Charlie Gonzales.
A visitation and memorial service will be held at Christ United Methodist Church, Independence, Missouri, at a date to be determined later.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to Christ United Methodist Church, Independence, Missouri.
