Dardy “Duke” Austin Taylor, Jr. Born March 31, 1965 in Dallas, Texas, passed away September 18, 2011 in Eureka, California. Duke never met a stranger; he was the most kind, loving and generous person. There was no one who loved life more and lived every day to its fullest. Survived by wife, Rachel Taylor of Grapevine; son, Dardy Austin Taylor III (Trey) of Grapevine; step-daughter, Julia Aguirre of Grapevine; brother, Timothy Merlon Taylor of Rockwall. The family will receive friends, Monday, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held, 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 27, 2011, Sparkman Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow in Restland’s Abby Mausoleum. He was a beloved husband and father and will be missed by all who loved him.
