She was born in Mt. Pleasant, Texas on September 1, 1923. Mildred graduated from Prichett High School. She was married to Elton Ramey on February 17, 1940. Mildred worked in Home Management. She was a member of First Primitive Baptist Church of Dallas. Mildred had a passion for raising children in a Christian environment.
She is survived by her daughter and sons, Linda Rogers, Doyce Ramey and Donnie Ramey. Her granddaughters are Marcia Paulson, Jessica Grasmick, and Crystal Ramey and grandsons are Matthew Ramey, Daniel Ramey, Jon Rogers, and Troy Rogers. Mildred also is survived by her great-grandchildren Cody Rogers, Wayne Paulson, Laura Paulson, Savannah Ramey, and Miah Ramey.
Mildred was predeceased by her husband, Elton and three brothers, Robert C. Lee, Harold K. Lee and
Marion C. Lee.
Mrs. Ramey's funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, August 12, 2021 at Sparkman Funeral Home, Richardson, Texas. 972-238-7855
