She was the second born child to the late Bill Rollins and Helen Campbell, on November 20, 1947, in Whitwell, Tennessee. She grew up there and in the nearby city of Chattanooga Tennessee. Sandra went on to marry her high school sweetheart the late Carl Anderson, and they had two daughters Stacie and Stephanie during their marriage.
Sandra later moved to Texas and got remarried to the late Herbert Nealy Sr. in 1978. They had one daughter together Tabatha and remained married until Herbert’s passing in 2001.
Sandra is survived by three children and two stepchildren: Tabatha “Tabby” Nealy, of McKinney; Stacie Coslin, of Ennis; Stephanie Miller, of Nashville; Herbert Nealy Jr. of Dallas, and Cutlas Nealy of Cedar Creek. Sandra is also survived by seven grandchildren Jessica “Jess” Land and Fiancé Robert Stack, of Dallas; Hunter Coslin and his wife Kelsey Coslin, of Ennis; Sebastien Rodriguez and Soleil Hubler, of McKinney; and Shane Brady, Dylan Miller, and Shaylee Miller, of Nashville and also survived by her four step grandchildren Herbert Nealy, III of Dallas, Daija Nealy of Chicago, Destiny Nealy of Dallas, and Kayley Nealy of Justin. She is also survived by two great grandchildren Fisher Coslin, and Sean Brady. She is also survived by her stepmother Willie Rollins, of Mesquite; stepbrother Crandall Rollins; sister Shelva Swann, of Mesquite; Susan French of Smyrna; and sister-in-law’s and brother-in-law’s from her husband Herbert as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Sandra was preceded in death by her husband Herbert, parents Bill and Helen and her two sisters Wilma, Diane and her brother Britt.
Sandra was a die-hard University of Tennessee fan and Dallas Cowboys fan. Her favorite fan piece was the sign that said: “My Blood Runneth Orange” for the Tennessee Vols.
The memorial ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at 12 p.m. at the Sparkman Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Richardson. There will be a catered reception immediately following the service.
