Billy "Bill" Jarman

Bill was the owner of Jarman Cap Company in Richlands. He was in the Richlands Rotary Club for many years and was also in the Richlands Chamber of Commerce. Bill received the Citizen of the Year in 2013.

He was preceded in death by his brothers: James “Red” Jarman, Sam Jarman.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 at First Christian Church, Richlands at 6:30 p.m. with Reverend James Jarman. The family will be receiving friend following the service at the church.

Bill is survived by his wife of 27 years: Donnell Jarman; daughter: Carol Jarman of Hillsborough, NC; step son: Mitchell White of Richlands; brothers: Grant Jarman of Greenville, NC, Marvin Jarman of Greenville, NC; grandchildren: Zachory Higgins, Mackenzie Higgins; step grandchildren: Taran White, Draydon Rasbold.
