Clary, Mrs. Alma Margaret Mahorney, 92, of Bon Air, died Monday, November 5, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis C. Clary. She is survived by her children Lynne C. Ratcliff, Paul L. Clary and his wife, Debbie and E. Scott Clary and his wife Sue, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her love for children was evidenced in her many years of caring for foster babies until they were placed with their adoptive parents. Later, she operated an in-home child day care service. She was a member of Bon Air United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider making memorial contributions to the Children’s Home Society of Virginia, 4200 Fitzhugh Ave., Richmond VA 23230 or Bon Air United Methodist Church, 1645 Buford Road, Richmond, VA 23235. Woody Funeral Home is handling arrangements. There will be no services at her request.
