Betty Jean Lofgren

LOFGREN, Betty Jean, 86, of Richmond, passed away on November 19, 2011. She was born in Illinois on May 6, 1925 to Joseph and Zella Messmer. Betty was a lifelong homemaker, raising her family. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; and also her daughter, Jean Rogowski. Betty is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Jack Lofgren; her three children, Lynn Lofgren and wife, Mila, Linda Lonie, and Jack Lofgren and wife, Cynthia; 11 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, 6 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd., Richmond, Va. 23229. The family will receive friends after.
