He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Diana Fisher Payne Cruickshank; three brothers George, David, and Richard; two daughters, Chris Sesler (Jeff), and Lyn Fleming (Steve); 2 grandsons, Braxton and Christian Sesler; granddaughter, Reese Fleming; 4 stepchildren, Karen Forsythe, Hal Payne, Jeff Payne, and Lynne Bolt.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8pm on Friday, July 25, at the Parham Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N Parham Rd, Richmond. Graveside services will be held at 11am, on Saturday, July 26, at Westhampton Memorial Park, Richmond. A Celebration of life service will be held at 2pm, on Saturday, July 26, at Skipwith United Methodist Church, Richmond. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tuckahoe Rescue Squad.
